This document serves as a guideline to help every member of the unit understand the responsibilities of the COZA USHERY BOARD and how to appropriately coordinate themselves. It is also worthy of note that the only thing that is constant in COZA is Jesus, anything else is subject to change including the SOP details therefore when these changes arise, be willing and ready to adapt accordingly.

We believe that every child is specifically designed, pre-packaged and custom-made for their God-given assignment. Our goal in the children’s church is to nurture them in the way they should grow. Our vision is to see children grow in God’s word, so they develop an understanding and relationship with Him that continues into their adult life. We are deliberate in fulfilling the mandate of raising a takeover generation of leaders and to help chart the destinies of children according to the will and purpose of God for their lives. At COZA, we are committed to raising our children as shining lights through which other children in the world might be saved. We help our children discover their talents and abilities early enough, develop and deploy them.
In fulfilling our commitment to the future generation, we have designed the “Leaders in Training” (LIT), and “Discovery Camp for Kids”. Both programmes hold annually during the summer vacation for children within defined age groups. During these programmes, they are equipped with life skills covering entrepreneurship, arts & crafts, music, dance, drama amongst others.

The Gratitude was founded in 2016, by The Reverend Biodun Fatoyinbo. This was birthed out of the vision to revolutionize the gospel music space and take over the music industry for God. As part of the takeover mandate God has given Reverend Biodun, The Gratitude was trained and equipped to set a new standard, break all barriers, shatter all existing moulds, create a new reality and give the gospel music scene an overall face lift, whilst impacting lives across the globe.
Since then, they have taken the music industry by storm through their youthful, contemporary and electric gospel style that resonates with people of all ages all over the world. Their debut album “Hello World” includes award-winning songs like “Rabababaeh”, “Hello” and “Bad Man” amongst others.
The Gratitude is an unprecedented brand and experience designed to be on the cutting edge and spearhead new things in the music industry. Our call is to serve our generation according to the will of God.
